At Khaana Packaging, we are committed to delivering high-quality packaging products to our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it:
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
If you haven’t received your refund within the timeline:
First check your bank account again
Contact your credit card company/bank — it may take some time before the refund reflects
If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at mktg@khaanapackaging.com
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging for verification.
Upon approval, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund.
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning the item unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable courier service as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
